This Washi sample is one of a kind a unique. It comes complete with extra blank cards and a leather bin holder so you can display them on your desk. It makes a neat organizer. And since the Washi cards are tabbed you can label them to organize your Washi as you wish.
Each Washi Sample bundle comes with:

All Pillows and non pillow items are handmade in our Home Studio. And because we are not robots (sometimes we wish we were) not every stitch is perfect so their may be some imperfections. But hey. That is what is best...all one of a kind! Also please note, although these are the softest and greatest pillows for all ages, please, please, use precaution when letting small babies or kids use it. Don't leave it in a crib where baby sleeps! It is never a good idea! Please use all of our items under adult supervision. We are not responsible for any outcome from neglect or irresponsibility. Please use good judgement when using our products.
All of our wooden products are created in our home studio. Because of it's handmade nature, there will be variations to the wood from what it is pictured. Every piece of wood that we work with will not be the same. There will be natural notches and marks in the wood and adds to it's character. We do have a warranty on all things we build, so please visit out policy section here:

Shipping from United States
All items are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class International. US shipments take 2-3 days from the time it leaves our studio. International shipments vary based on location. We are not responsible for items once they leave our studio, but they are insured if there is damage or if it was not delivered due to PO error. We will work with you as we can submit a claim. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has shipped.
International Shipping: We do ship internationally via USPS. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees with it arrives to the destination. Please be aware that once it leaves our studio, it is out of our hands.
Rush Service. If you purchase our Rush Service listing this allows us to bump the order to the front which cuts the production time and will be shipped normal priority. You must purchase the rush service listing. Letting us know in the notes section that you need it sooner will not bump it.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchange details
Because of the personalization nature of each product, and we make items as they are ordered (we don't keep stock) there will be no returns. Although if there is a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace the item at our expense.
We understand that sometimes cancellations occur. Because of the nature of our business (made to order and personalized), cancellation requests are permitted within 24 hours after purchase is made. After 3 days, there is a 15% cancellation fee if you need to cancel. If requested, we will refund your full purchase minus the 15% cancellation fee off of purchase price (not including shipping). You also have the option of converting it to Store credit which will be the full purchase price and you can use towards anything in our shop. Beyond the 3 days, cancellations are not accepted.
Please be aware in the wood crafted items, they are made using natural material and no one thing is exactly like. And that is including the stain. We will do our best to get it as close, but due to the handmade nature of each item, there will be slight variations.
All orders are non-refundable.
For our Larger items like shelves:

We will repair or replace items during this period, but the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses.

-Does not include cracking or splitting of wood. The material we use are natural material so there will be variations that are can't control but we will use the best looking wood as much as possible.

- Any normal wear and tear
If a repair is deemed necessary, we will repair it at no cost. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping related charges.

Everything is made in our pet-free and smoke-free home studio.
We can't guarantee that every stitch is straight and perfect but what we can guarantee is that all my items are made with love and that it will do what it is suppose to do, and that is, make your life just a little brighter :)

Where and how do I customize my item
Super easy :) just let us know in the notes section when you check out.
What if I need it sooner than the current turnaround time?
There are 3 options.
You can purchase our Rush service (this is not express shipping) which bumps your order to the front. It will be shipped normal priority via USPS.
Or you can purchase Express shipping. Keep in mind purchasing express shipping does not bump your order to the front. It will still have the normal turnaround time but shipping time is less.
Or you can buy both Rush Service and Express Shipping to cut production time and shipping time.
What does shelf or no shelf mean?
That just means the option to purchase a little pillow stand for your little pillow.
Can we custom order a different length for the shelves that's not listed as an option?
Yes! Yes you can. Just Convo us and we can discuss it further.
Can you do different fonts and different font colors?
Yes we can! Just let us know in the notes section when you check out!
Can we request a different quote or add a name to an existing design?
Yes you can!! Just convo us if it's a total different design that way we can discuss exactly how you want it.
But if it's just adding a name or changing a color or a quote using the same format of the current design, then you can just let us know in the notes section when you check out.
Rush Service Listing Option
In order to have your order made sooner than the current turnaround time, you must add the Rush listing in your cart along with your items and make the purchase.
Letting us know in the notes section that you need it a certain time before the current turnaround or requesting to have it rushed will not be rushed. The rush listing must be purchased.

How to turn your pillow from single sided to double sided
We can take any single sided pillow and turn it into a double sided pillow. You just add this listing to your cart based on the quantity of items you want to make doublesided. And then let us know in the note section what you would like on each side of the pillow.
Do you send proof?
We do upon request :) just let us know in the notes section that you would like to see the design proof before it's made. Otherwise we don't send proof if not requested.
Sending proof can also delay your item depending on how long it takes to get an approval response. If proof is requested, we will wait until we get a response approving the design before we make it.
